- Does not act as an agent for either party
- Is not a party to agreements between Clients and Vendors
3.2 Independent Vendors
All Vendors are independent contractors and are solely responsible for:
- The services they offer
- The accuracy of their listings
- Their conduct and performance Toastli does not guarantee:
- Service quality
- Vendor reliability
- Event outcomes
4. USER ACCOUNTS
4.1 Registration Requirements
To use certain features of the Platform, users must create an account and provide:
- Accurate, current, and complete information
- Valid contact details Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- All activity under their account
4.2 Account Verification
Toastli may require:
- Identity verification
- Submission of supporting documents

5. BOOKINGS
5.1 Direct Agreements
All bookings constitute agreements directly between Clients and Vendors. Toastli is not responsible for:
- Service delivery
- Vendor performance
- Event execution
- Disputes between Users
5.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when:
- Payment is successfully processed
- The Vendor accepts the booking (if applicable)
5.3 Communication
All communication should remain on the Platform where possible to ensure:
- Transparency
- Dispute resolution support
- User protection
6. PAYMENTS
6.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Toastli:
- Facilitates transactions
- May collect service or commission fees
- Does not store sensitive payment details
6.2 Platform Fees
Toastli may charge:
- Service fees to Clients
- Commission fees to Vendors
These fees will be clearly displayed where applicable.
6.3 Payment Responsibilities

7. VENDOR PAYOUTS
7.1 Payout Timing
Vendor payouts will typically be processed approximately 24 hours after the scheduled event, provided that:

Toastli reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts where:
- A dispute is under review
- Fraud is suspected
- Platform policies have been violated
7.3 Third-Party Processing

- Banking delays
Toastli is not responsible for delays outside its control.
8. DISPUTES

- Withhold payouts
- Issue full or partial refunds
8.3 Final Decision
Toastli reserves the right to make the final and binding decision on disputes.
9. OFF-PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS
9.1 Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Circumvent the Platform
- Complete transactions outside Toastli
- Avoid platform fees
9.2 Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Removal of listings
- Financial penalties
10. USER CONDUCT

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13. INDEMNITY

14. FORCE MAJEURE
Toastli shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
